Sustainable — Animal–Friendly

In addition to the hotel, skilled hotelier, butcher and chef Andreas Lohner also manages the farm.

The following seasonal products are available in best quality:

• Fresh Milk, Butter, Alpine Cheese
• Fresh Meat
• Smoked Bacon, Ham and Sausages
• Smoked Salmon

In summer the cattle are on the alps and the empty barn is converted into a party room for events with up to 100 guests.
